About US

Psychology Division will provide activities and support for AAIDD members with a psychology background or interest in psychology and IDD.

The intended outcome is to:

1. support student / young professional participation at the Annual Meeting.
2. promote communication and participation of Psychology Division members and the Association
3. hold elections for Psychology Division leadership (Chair and vice-chair for next year).

The Psychology Division will organize continuing education activities for psychology professionals and students. We will also support student members through travel support and mentoring activities. These activities will benefit the vibrancy of the Association and benefit individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through its activities.
