Jula He, MA

Jula joined AAIDD in July 2006. She manages the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) training program. In this role, she works closely with trainers, state and provider agencies to develop training tailored for their SIS implementation. Her major responsibilities also include program development and management for other training products for the Association. Jula graduated cum laude from Eastern Illinois University in 2000 with a M.A. in English. In 2004, she earned her M.A. in Communication from University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to working at AAIDD, Jula had held a variety of positions that dealt with facilitating training programs.
